Basic Prep work: All Basic Prep work is included in the prices listed below. Blasting – We use a product called Green Diamond. It is great for removale of dirt, rust, paint and powder coat, as well as various other finishes. It is not harsh on soft metals such as aluminum, brass, copper, etc, and leaves an excellent profile for powder to stick to. Cleaning – Most items dont need cleaned as blasting removes most everything. Things like Valve Covers and Oil Pans and such are typically run through a boil out tank to clear oil and other substances from the baffles, etc.
Special Prep Work: Special prep work would include the removal of Chrome or Powder Coating from parts. It includes removal of bearings from things like motorcycle wheels, hubs, and so on. It also includes disassembly of brake calipers. All Special Prep Work is quoted per job.
Tire Removal From Wheels Tires can be removed, mounted and balanced for $15.00 each for automotive stuff. Motorcycle and ATV tire pricing will have to be quoted per job
